Traveling Registered Nurse

Responsibilities Include Providing individualized nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to plan and evaluate patient care.Delivering care across all phases, from prevention and health maintenance to diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.Coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and adhering to professional and ethical guidelines. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.Current, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience.Ability to live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.Obtaining and maintaining required competencies and certifications. Additional Details Shift: 12-hour night shifts, with 36 hours weekly.Contract length: 14 weeks, with options to extend or transfer to other sites.Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.Weekly pay with stipends included, and eligibility for Sanford benefits.Complies with all licensing, safety, and employment policies, including drug screening and background checks.
