Traveling Registered Nurse

Responsibilities Include Utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver personalized patient care.Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan and evaluate care.Providing care across all phases, from preventive services to treatment and follow-up.Coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions within the scope of practice. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.Unencumbered RN license in the practice state; multistate licensure if applicable.At least one year of nursing experience with six months of travel experience.Live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.Maintain required competencies and certifications. Key Duties Delivering individualized nursing care following professional standards and ethical guidelines.Participating in interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure quality outcomes.Engaging in patient education, assessment, and triage to support health maintenance and recovery.
