About the role
Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and make a difference in patient care across diverse communities.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to coordinate and improve patient outcomes.
- Providing care across all phases—preventive, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Managing patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions within the scope of practice.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
- Ability to live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
- Maintains required competencies and certifications.
Key Duties
- Providing high-quality patient care in a 10-hour day shift setting.
- Participating in care planning, patient education, and coordination.
- Adhering to standards outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and professional ethics.
