Responsibilities

• Providing individualized patient care by utilizing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including physicians to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Delivering care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Planning, coordinating, and educating patients, performing assessments, triage, and nursing interventions within the scope of practice.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license current in the practice state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
• Ability to meet department-specific competencies and certifications.
• Competency within the full scope of nursing practice.
• Adherence to ethical standards.
• Effective communication skills.
