Traveling Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide personalized patient care.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Delivering care across all phases—from preventive health to treatment and follow-up—adapting to patient needs.
• Planning and coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and nursing interventions.
• Practicing within the scope of nursing standards, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines, and maintaining competency and certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is preferred.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• At least one year of nursing experience, including six months of travel experience.
• Residence at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
