Traveling Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities Include Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver individualized care.Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to develop and evaluate care plans.Providing care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.Planning and coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and adhering to legal and ethical guidelines. Qualifications And Skills Required Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.Current, unencumbered RN license in the practice state or multistate licensure if applicable.At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.
