Traveling Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide personalized patient care.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to develop, implement, and assess care plans.
• Delivering care across all phases—preventive, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up—adapting to patient needs.
• Managing patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions within the scope of practice.
• Adhering to professional standards, state regulations, and ethical guidelines outlined by nursing authorities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the practicing state; multistate licensure if applicable.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
• Ability to live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
• Required competencies and certifications maintained throughout employment.
