Traveling Registered Nurse

Responsibilities Include Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver individualized care.Collaborating with healthcare professionals to coordinate and evaluate patient care plans.Performing patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions across all care phases.Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and adhering to applicable regulations and ethical guidelines. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.Residency at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.Required department-specific competencies and certifications.
