Traveling Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver personalized patient care.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Providing care across all phases—from prevention and health maintenance to diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up.
• Coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
• Practicing within the scope of nursing standards, state licensure requirements, and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practice state or multistate licensure.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience.
• Residency at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
• Must maintain required competencies and certifications.
