Traveling Registered Nurse

Responsibilities Include Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide individualized patient care.Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to develop and evaluate care plans.Delivering care across all phases—from preventive measures and health maintenance to diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.Coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.Practicing within the full scope of nursing standards and adhering to legal and ethical guidelines. Qualifications And Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.Valid, unencumbered RN license in the practice state or multistate licensure if applicable.Minimum of one year of nursing experience and at least six months of travel nursing experience.Ability to live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.Obtain and maintain necessary competencies and certifications. Key Duties Providing patient-centered care in a clinical setting during day shifts.Participating in care planning, patient education, and triage.Working within professional standards and ethical guidelines.Engaging in ongoing professional development and certification maintenance.
