Traveling Registered Dental Hygienist – Nursing Home Care

About the role

Aria Care Partners is a national provider of on-site dental, vision, hearing, and podiatry care to long-term care facilities. The position involves providing dental hygiene services and coordinating care with facility staff.

Responsibilities

• Review patients' lists and ensure supplies/equipment are available.
• Transport, set-up, and take-down equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate patient transfers and handle emergencies.
• Perform dental hygiene services such as taking X-rays, cleaning teeth, and applying sealants.
• Communicate with patients and staff about treatment plans.
• Enter chart notes into Salesforce and update schedules.
• Maintain dental equipment and supplies.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and handle disposables correctly.
• Drive to facilities within a 3-hour radius or stay overnight with company-provided lodging.

Requirements

• Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license with no moving violations in the past 5 years.
• Own reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 200 lbs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
