Responsibilities
- Manage mission-critical construction projects valued between $25M and $100M from preconstruction through completion.
- Maintain responsibility for overall project performance, including schedule, budget, safety, and quality.
- Lead key project meetings, including OAC, progress meetings, and monthly project reviews.
- Participate in project budgeting and develop monthly cost and margin forecasts.
- Monitor project costs, identify variances, and proactively address financial risks.
- Manage owner and subcontractor pay applications and administer change management processes.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with owners, subcontractors, design teams, vendors, and field leadership.
- Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and material samples to ensure compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across diverse teams and organizational levels.
- Provide clear direction, decisive problem-solving, and consistent communication across large project teams.
- Mentor and manage Assistant Project Managers to support their development.
- Partner closely with the Superintendent to align field and project management priorities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
- At least 3+ years managing hyperscale and/or colocation data center projects.
- Proven track record delivering complex projects between $25M and $100M.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Strong understanding of construction phases, MEP systems, project sequencing, and mission-critical requirements.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and make effective decisions in fast-paced environments.
Experience
- Must be willing and able to travel regularly to project sites across the United States.
- Ability to temporarily relocate to project sites when project needs require.
- Comfortable working in a national delivery model with multi-region project teams.

Salary Range
U.S. Base Salary Range: $125,000 - $200,000 Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles) and internal company equity.
