Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of construction projects while collaborating with operations, field leadership, preconstruction, and support teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Cookordination project teams, schedules, resources, and communication to maintain alignment across all stakeholders and deliver exceptional project outcomes.
- Manage project budgets, procurement, forecasting, job costs, cash flow, contract administration, and risk mitigation while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle, building trusted relationships and ensuring a positive experience from kickoff through completion.
Qualifications
- Perfected organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience leading construction projects in diverse geographic markets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to balance strategic project oversight with day-to-day execution.
- Highly skilled in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations.

Pay
