We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Let's parse the posting. We have: - About Quantum Industrial Services (company description) – not a section heading we need? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should not include a heading for company description unless it's "About the role". The "About Quantum Industrial Services" is not one of those headings; we can embed that content maybe in a

before sections? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." It doesn't forbid other headings besides those listed, but says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use those headings for sections. Probably we should only output those headings if content exists. The company description could be placed as a

before sections, not as a heading. We have sections: - About The Role: content after that heading: "The Traveling Project Manager is responsible for leading industrial mechanical construction projects across multiple states, from planning and preconstruction through final completion. This role manages project scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client relationships while coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and leadership. Our traveling Project Managers have the opportunity to work on large-scale, technically advanced projects including data centers, semiconductor facilities, advanced manufacturing, industrial facilities, and other mission-critical environments. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who enjoys travel, complex projects, and the opportunity to build their career across multiple markets." That's prose; we can put in

. - Why Join Us? This seems like Benefits section. It lists bullet points: Travel opportunities across multiple states, Per diem for eligible traveling employees, Competitive compensation and benefits, 401(k) with company match, Career growth and advancement opportunities, Exposure to high-profile, technically advanced projects, Team-oriented environment where We Build People. We need Benefits section if posting actually states them. Yes, we have benefits. So we will create

Benefits

with
  • items. - What You'll Do: Responsibilities. So

    Responsibilities

with list. - What You'll Bring: Requirements/Qualifications/Skills. We need to split maybe into Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. The posting includes: "5+ years of Project Management experience in industrial mechanical construction. Experience managing large-scale or complex mechanical projects preferred. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. OSHA 30 certification required, PMP certification is a plus. Strong understanding of project budgets, cost control, scheduling, and financial reporting. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, specifications, and technical drawings. Experience with Procore, MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar project management software. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Willingness and ability to travel and work on projects across multiple states." We can categorize: Requirements: years experience, OSHA 30 required, willingness to travel. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred, PMP plus. Skills: leadership, communication, etc., software experience, budgeting, reading drawings. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But instruction says we can use those headings if we have content. We could make sections: Requirements (experience, OSHA 30, travel), Qualifications (education, PMP), Skills (leadership, software, budgeting, blueprints). That seems reasonable. - Project Environment: list of environments: Data Centers, Semiconductor Facilities, Advanced Manufacturing, Industrial Manufacturing, Mission-Critical Facilities, Large-scale Commercial & Industrial Projects. This could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section? Not in the list of headings; but we could incorporate into About the role or Responsibilities. Probably we can add a

under About the role describing environments. Or we could add a separate section like "Project Environment" but not in allowed headings; better to incorporate. - PPE Is Required On Applicable Job Sites. That's a minor note; could be a

maybe under Responsibilities or a note. - Pay and Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. There's "Competitive compensation and benefits" but no specific pay. So we should NOT create Pay or Schedule sections because they are not stated. So omit those. - About the role section we already have. Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /. Use

    for each section heading. Use
    • for lists. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, except boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc). There's none. Let's extract all substantive content: Company description: "Quantum Industrial Services is a leading mechanical and plumbing contractor, with operations across multiple states, specializing in large-scale commercial and industrial projects. Our team delivers innovative solutions for critical sectors, such as data centers, semiconductor manufacturing, biopharma, aviation, oil & gas, and more. We are known for our focus on cutting-edge fabrication technologies, our commitment to quality craftsmanship, our strong client relationships, and above all, our culture. “We build people” is not just a catchphrase. We are a group of innovators, creatives, and craftsmen, who push boundaries and challenge the status quo. Our culture is centered around empowering our employees to reach their full potential by providing them with opportunities for growth, development, and personal and professional advancement. “We build people” who build amazing things." Traveling Construction Opportunities – Multiple States: "Are you ready to travel, build, and work on some of the most advanced projects in the country? Our traveling teams support projects in data centers, semiconductor facilities, advanced manufacturing, industrial facilities, mission-critical environments, and other large-scale commercial projects. This is an opportunity to work on complex projects, gain experience in multiple markets, and build a career with a growing organization." We could incorporate that as a

before sections. About The Role: as above. Why Join Us? benefits list. What You'll Do: responsibilities list. What You'll Bring: requirements/qualifications/skills list. Project Environment: list. PPE Is Required On Applicable Job Sites. Multiple states. Complex projects. One growing team. We Build People. We Build Careers. We Build the Future. (maybe tagline). Could be included as a

at end. We must not repeat job title as heading (the page already shows it). The job title is "Traveling Project Manager". Not to use as heading. Now produce HTML. Structure:
