• Manage and coordinate mechanical construction projects from start to finish
• Lead and communicate with engineering, VDC (BIM), schedulers, field staff, customers, and subcontractors
• Order materials and equipment, issue subcontracts, manage RFIs, change orders, and submittals
• Oversee fabrication shop work packages, material take-offs, and man-hour budgets
• Collaborate with Safety teams to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
• Plan ahead to prevent and resolve project issues
• Ensure all contractual conditions and project requirements are met

3+ years' experience as a Project Manager in mechanical construction
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
Knowledge of HVAC and piping systems, construction methods, and building codes preferred
Proficiency with P6 or Microsoft Project
Strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently onsite

Schedule

6-day work week, 10-hour shifts
Onsite for project duration
Paid home travel every 3-4 weeks for 2-3 days
