Traveling Project Executive - Mission Critical

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex data center and mission-critical projects ranging from $100M to $500M+
• Oversee client strategy, project execution, contractual and financial performance, and the development of high-performing teams
• Provide senior leadership to Project Managers, Superintendents, and field staff
• Apply deep knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and mission-critical systems
• Ensure effective use of construction technologies for project controls and coordination
• Champion safety culture and reinforce "The Shawmut Way" across all teams and job sites

Requirements

• 15+ years of construction management experience with leadership on large, complex projects
• 5+ years of mission-critical/data center experience, including hyperscale or colocation programs
• Proven track record leading projects valued at $100M-$500M+
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of all construction phases, trades, sequencing, and field execution
• Strong ability to lead large teams, solve problems quickly, and make sound decisions under pressure
• Expertise in cost control, forecasting, change management, and contract administration

Skills

• Technical skills in mechanical, electrical, and mission-critical systems
• Leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary project teams
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks and ensure compliance

Pay

U.S. Base Salary Range: $200,000 - $300,000
