Traveling – Project Executive

About the role

Responsible for leading project execution teams in delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget. Collaborates closely with clients to understand project requirements and ensures successful project completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Oversee project teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to maintain project alignment
• Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction processes and materials
• Experience with project management software
• Understanding of contract law and negotiation
