About the Role

This position involves providing inpatient rehabilitation care to adult and geriatric patients with conditions such as stroke, neuro, cardiac, debility, and ortho in a hospital or rehab facility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care within a 6:1 patient ratio, adhering to facility protocols and ensuring optimal recovery outcomes.
• Participate in patient assessments, develop and implement treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and document patient progress effectively.

Requirements

• 2+ years of inpatient rehab or hospital experience.
• BLS certification.
• Experience with adult and geriatric populations.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
