Position Overview
This pivotal role involves traveling between our Dunn (3 times a week) and Durham Miami (2 times a week) locations, following the Orthodontist to assist with patient care and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct new patient consultations including: Office tours, Treatment and financial overview, Taking initial records (photos, X-rays, etc.), Scheduling bonding and recall appointments, Sending patient and doctor correspondence
- Prepare and present bonding contracts: Set up contracts prior to bonding appointments
- Review financial agreements and collect payments
- Post payments, submit insurance claims, and set up auto-drafts
- Maintain and manage patient reports and appointment confirmations
- Schedule ongoing maintenance and follow-up appointments
- Monitor and respond to office emails
- Support other administrative and clinical tasks as needed

Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED (required)
- 1–2 years of dental experience (required)
- Orthodontic experience (preferred)
- NC X-Ray Certification (required)
- Ability to lift up to 15–20 lbs
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between Dunn and Durham
