Traveling MEP Project Manager

We are a nationally respected mechanical contractor seeking a motivated Mechanical Project Manager to join our growing, dynamic team. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy collaboration, and are eager to oversee projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time and within budget
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality of work
• Prepare project status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Supervise project team members and provide guidance and support as needed
• Identify and address project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
• Conduct project closeout activities, including documentation and handover to the client
• Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to meet project needs and specifications
