Essential Job Functions
- Coordinate and schedule in-house, virtual (Zoom), and field training for new clinicians
- Contact new clinicians to confirm training schedules and outline expectations for onboarding and field training
- Cookinate with cross-functional teams (HR, Intake, Supplies, QA, Operations) to ensure full onboarding readiness
- Arrange travel accommodations (flights, hotels) for out-of-state trainings
- Conduct field training with clinicians in assigned territories across CA and the U.S.
- Facilitate in-house and virtual clinical training sessions
- Serve as a point of contact for clinician and provider education via phone and email
- Support clinicians and providers during early onboarding with guidance, troubleshooting, and education
- Review patient charts and documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Create, update, and maintain training materials, checklists, and educational content
- Support development of structured education programs and CEU/CME offerings
- Coordinate in-service training requests from facilities and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of clinical, nursing, or education experience preferred
- Prior experience in clinical education or training strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tracking
- Ability to travel frequently for training assignments
