About the role
Join our Benedictine team as an LPN (Float) to provide quality care to residents across multiple Benedictine communities within the region. You will be responsible for initial data collection, utilizing Relationship Based Care principles, and traveling to different facilities as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality care under the supervision of an RN
- Initial data collection on all residents
- Utilize principles of Relationship Based Care
- Travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed
Requirements
- Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Clinical experience preferred
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR certification
- Basic computer skills
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Relationship Based Care principles
