About the role

Cotton Holdings is seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic culinary team in Waco, TX. We are hiring for multiple travel positions with various skill levels and responsibilities.

Open positions

• Travel Kitchen Assistants: Support chefs and cooks with food preparation, cleaning, and other essential tasks. ($15-16/hour, eligible for overtime)
• Travel Cooks and Line Cooks: Bring cooking skills to the table and help prepare delicious meals. ($17-18/hour, eligible for overtime)
• Travel Assistant Culinary Project Managers: Assist in managing projects, coordinating with the team to deliver top-notch culinary experiences. ($20/hour, eligible for overtime)
• Travel Culinary Project Managers: Manage culinary projects from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time. ($70,000/annually, eligible for incentive plans)

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years of age
• Authorized to work in the US
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to travel outside of the state (30 days on / 14 days off)
• Must be able to work 7 days a week, 12-hour shifts every day
• Background check and drug test required
