About the Role

Cotton Holdings is hiring culinary professionals to join our dynamic team in Austin, TX. We're looking for talented individuals to fill multiple travel-based culinary positions supporting our operations.

Open Positions:

• Travel Kitchen Assistants — Support our chefs and cooks with food preparation, cleaning, and other essential tasks. ($15–16/hour) Eligible for overtime.
• Travel Cooks and Line Cooks — Bring your cooking skills to the table and help prepare delicious meals. ($17–18/hour) Eligible for overtime.
• Travel Assistant Culinary Project Managers — Assist in managing projects, coordinating with the team to deliver top-notch culinary experiences. ($20/hour) Eligible for overtime.
• Travel Culinary Project Managers — Manage culinary projects from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time. ($70,000/Annually) Eligible for incentive plans.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years of age
• Authorized to work in the US
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to travel outside of the state (30 days on / 14 days off)
• Must be able to work 7 days a week / 12-hour shifts every day
• Background check and drug test required
