As our customer base expands and we roll out new products, including an emerging analytics offering that gives plants real-time visibility into machine and equipment performance, we are growing our implementation team to keep pace.The RoleThis is a client-facing, hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on-site, teaching people, and solving problems in real time. You will be the person standing in front of the customer - sometimes in a conference room, sometimes out on the plant floor - guiding them through go-live and making sure the system actually works the way their business needs it to. You are not expected to write code or build the platform itself; you are expected to know it inside and out, communicate clearly, and represent the company well in front of everyone from machine operators to plant executives.Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Support every stage of a customer rollout - planning, configuration, testing, training, and go-live - so each project lands smoothly and the customer actually adopts the system- Lead in-person and remote training sessions so plant staff and managers can use the software confidently and correctly- Run installs, upgrades, and full end-to-end testing to confirm the system is stable and performing as expected- Sit down with customers to learn how their operation runs, then translate that into system settings and configurations that fit their process- Diagnose and resolve issues that come up during rollout and early post-launch support, pulling in other teams for anything beyond your scope- Keep clear records of configurations, customer-specific setup notes, and meeting outcomes throughout each project- Participate in testing ahead of new product releases to help confirm everything works before it reaches customers- Travel to customer facilities on a recurring basis - this is an on-site, in-person role built around active project deploymentsRequired Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific, or business-related field, or an equivalent mix of education and hands-on experience- Background in a manufacturing or plant environment is a strong plus, along with any exposure to systems that run production, inventory, or shop-floor operations- Comfortable picking up new software quickly and working inside configuration screens, system settings, and user permissions- Exposure to structured testing or user acceptance testing, along with the discipline to document configurations and results clearly- Nice to have: familiarity with SQL or databases, general IT/network concepts, or remote support tools- Strong verbal and written communication skills - able to explain technical ideas to non-technical people without losing them- Self-starter who can manage their own workload and timelines with minimal day-to-day oversight- Comfortable working in an active production environment that can be loud, cool, and fast-moving- Willing and able to travel extensively for project-based, on-site workWhy This Role Stands Out- Join a company that is actively growing, both in customer base and in the products it offers- Real ownership of the customer relationship - you are the face of the company during every rollout- Earn a nightly travel incentive on top of base pay for every night spent away from home on a project- Untaxed per diem paid directly to you, with no receipts required- Comp time earned for any weekend or holiday project work, bankable for a full year from the date it's earned- Generous time off - two weeks of vacation plus additional accrued time and personal days- Clear path to grow within the implementation organization as the company scalesBenefitsVacation/PTO Medical Dental Vision 401k Bonus Relocation Telecommute Email Your Resume In Word To Cody.Friend@CyberCoders.com Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
