About the role

3-month contract in Truckee, California with a $500 completion bonus. We are looking for candidates who are ready to travel immediately.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain rooms, suites, and indoor common areas
• Replenish linens, remove trash, and maintain a spotless environment
• Report lost-and-found items and assist with guest deliveries
• Occasionally assist with furniture movement and storage management
• Work efficiently to meet quality and performance expectations
• Perform additional tasks as directed by MasterCorp Management

Requirements

• U.S. citizens or work-authorized individuals only (no visa sponsorship or foreign worker programs at this time)
• Dependable and hardworking individuals seeking temporary employment
• Hospitality, cleaning, or housekeeping experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work weekends and flexible shifts

Physical Requirements

• Frequently requires standing, walking, pushing, pulling, moving, lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, reaching, occasional ascending/descending, and repetitive motions
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily; reasonable accommodations may be made for disabilities

• Guaranteed offer of work – minimum 35 hours per week

Pay

• Piece-rate pay based on the number of rooms cleaned
• Guaranteed "True-Up" – if total piece-rate earnings do not meet the prevailing wage of $21.69 per hour, the employer will pay the difference
• Salary range: $7.25 - $16.13 per hour, based on skills, qualifications, and experience
