About the role
Cotton Holdings is seeking motivated individuals to join our dynamic logistics team. Positions available include Travel Drivers, Travel Site Operations Technicians, Travel Site Managers, Travel Assistant Project Managers, and Travel Project Managers.
Responsibilities
- Travel Drivers: Safely transport personnel, equipment, supplies, and materials to and from project sites while supporting daily logistics operations.
- Travel Site Operations Technicians: Support the day-to-day operation of workforce housing camps by assisting with guest services, housekeeping, inventory, facility upkeep, laundry, and basic maintenance.
- Travel Site Managers: Lead daily site operations, supervise staff, oversee workforce housing facilities, ensure safety and quality standards, manage inventory, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Travel Assistant Project Managers: Support Project Managers by coordinating daily operations, managing documentation, tracking project progress, communicating with field teams, and ensuring projects stay on schedule.
- Travel Project Managers: Lead projects from start to finish by managing schedules, budgets, site operations, subcontractors, safety, client communication, and overall project execution.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Willing to travel nationwide
- Able to work a 30 days on / 14 days off rotation
- Able to work 12-hour shifts, 7 days a week while on assignment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check required
Qualifications
- Must have knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and be able to read and interpret construction blueprints
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
- Travel Drivers: Starting at $18/hour
- Travel Site Operations Technicians: $20/hour
- Travel Site Managers: $25/hour
- Travel Assistant Project Managers: $22–$26/hour
- Travel Project Managers: $30/hour
Schedule
- 30 days on / 14 days off rotation
- 12-hour shifts, 7 days a week while on assignment
