Responsibilities
- Remove outdated products and replace them with new merchandise during store resets
- Follow planograms and Team Lead instructions to reset and stock assigned store areas
- Hang, attach, or replace price tags as needed
- Clean display cases, shelves, and aisles
- Build positive working relationships with store personnel
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have reliable personal transportation (public transportation is not permitted for this position)
- Must be able to travel to different states, including overnight stays
- Must be available to work early shifts
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand for up to 8 hours and perform frequent walking, bending, stooping, and reaching
- Able to follow instructions from the Team Lead
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
- Strong customer service and communication skills
