Traveling Foreman TelCom Construction

About the role

At TelCom Construction, LLC, the Equipment Foreman on the Telecom Construction team oversees crews to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. The role includes managing equipment and materials to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day‑to‑day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure everyone follows company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes and DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, and complete maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience (preferred).
• At least three years of related experience.
• Previous foreman experience (preferred).
• Physical abilities: work alone in remote locations, work at heights and in confined spaces, operate vehicles and heavy machinery, lift greater than 55 pounds, and perform routine tasks such as bending, stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and using fine hand motions.
• Occasional use of ladder, keyboard, and mouse.

Pay

The wage range for the Traveling Foreman position is $28.00 – $38.00 per hour.
