Traveling Fixture Merchandiser Lead

About the role

You’ll take on project-based work to build and assemble displays and merchandiser to ensure products are visually appealing to attract and engage shoppers, build strong relationships with store managers, and ensure the right amount of goods are available at the right price. During unprecedented times, that’s crucial!

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of Fixture Installers
• Build & Install Gondolas, Specialty Fixtures, Grills, Safes, Cash Wraps, and More!
• Mercandise Products
• Build Strong Relationships with Co-workers and Store Managers
• Accurate and On-time Project Execution
• Thorough and Timely Reporting
• Daily Maintain Good Attendance
• Retailer Specific Online Certifications

Requirements

• Must Have Reliable Transportation
• Minimum 2 years Retail Experience
• PREFERRED Merchandising and/or Fixture Install Experience
• Eagerness to Learn & Follow Direction
• Strong Written & Oral Communication Ability
• Ability to Read POGs and Blueprints
• Ability to Read a Tape Measure
• Ability to Operate a Forklift and/or Scissor Lift

Qualifications

• Ability to Cross Reference Multiple Documents
• Perform Repetitive Bending, Standing and Walking
• Lift up to 50lbs

Schedule

W2 Employment Assignments can range from 0-40 hours per week based on volume, how far you are willing to travel, and willingness to accept various other projects offered.

Pay

Minimum Pay USD $16.00/Hr. Maximum Pay USD $18.00/Hr.
