Traveling Field Supervisor

About the role

Finite Reimaging is a leader in the renovation and capital improvements industry with over 40 years of expertise, focusing on Retail and Hospitality markets. We offer hands-on solutions for construction, maintenance, and renovation needs in a safe and high-quality manner, adhering to client budgets and schedules. We are expanding our interior renovations and PIP implementation team due to our successful relationship with national clients.

Responsibilities

• Support project development from estimation through final invoicing
• Manage field knowledge of interior capital improvements for rooms and common areas
• Ensure strong financial management and project controls skills
• Work effectively with external clients and internal field execution teams
• Deliver projects from initial project stage to completion with the client, driving Finite as their preferred supplier of renovations across their portfolio
• Manage project financials and resources, including Finite sub-partners and material inventories
• Conduct regular safety and quality inspections, solve complex construction and code problems, and manage subcontractor relations
• Participate in buyouts, cultivate vendor/subcontractor relationships, and seek new sources for materials
• Review invoices and labor costs weekly, provide daily progress reports, and forecast projects
• Create increased profitability through optimized work execution and cost-saving measures

Requirements

• Experience traveling across the U.S. (travel and lodging covered)
• Bilingual (preferred but not required)
• Proven experience in construction project management
• Strong communication skills with customers
• Proficiency in construction software
• Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing
• Familiarity with construction management processes and procedures
• Able to read and interpret project plans and specifications accurately
