Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance during all endodontic procedures.
- Reinforce post-treatment and preventive care instructions for patients.
- Seat and prepare patients for treatment, ensuring comfort throughout their visit.
- Sustain a calm, reassuring presence during patient procedures.
- Clean and disinfect operatories after each procedure to uphold infection control protocols.
- Prepare tray setups and sterilize instruments according to safety standards.
- Expose digital radiographs.
- Take preliminary impressions as needed.
- Maintain and track lab cases to ensure timely readiness for patient appointments.
- Monitor and manage dental supply inventory and lab tracking systems at each location.
- Adequately adhere to OSHA guidelines and Company Safety Policies & Procedures.
- Assist in promoting 5-Star Google Reviews by fostering a positive patient experience.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Ability to anticipate the needs of both patients and the endodontist.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Computer literacy.
Job Specifications
- Dental Assistant Certification required.
- Valid State of North Carolina X-Ray Certification.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift 15–20 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between assigned offices.
