Traveling Electrical Superintendent – Data Centers

About the Role

Oversee the installation and execution of large-scale electrical data center projects. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and field experience to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage safety and environmental programs on-site.
• Monitor job costing, quality reporting, forecasting, and productivity.
• Coordinate all labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor activities.
• Handle field administration, including timesheets, quantity reports, purchases, and job diaries.
• Implement and track construction plans, including scheduling and logistics.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop field personnel.
• Participate in field work as needed, including hands-on tool work.
• Collaborate with internal support departments such as prefabrication, purchasing, and accounting.

Requirements

• Journeyman Trade Certification in a related construction trade (preferred).
• Previous data center experience.
• Proven track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Preferred certifications: OSHA 30, CPR, First Aid.

Pay

Highly competitive compensation with 7-day per diem for travel.
