Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and overall project execution
- Cook up field operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal construction teams
- Manage project costs, forecast, change orders, and financial performance
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Partner with field leadership, operations teams, and clients to ensure successful project delivery
- Coordinate site utilities, temporary power, civil infrastructure, modular facilities, and overall project logistics
- Identify and resolve project risks while maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders
- Travel to project sites throughout Texas to support ongoing construction activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience with an electrical contractor
- Experience managing commercial and modular construction projects
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and cost control
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors, vendors, and field operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel throughout Texas as projects' needs require
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
