Traveling Electrical Helper - Lexington
About the role
Amteck is currently looking to add Electrical Helpers to our Service department in Lexington, KY. We offer long-term opportunities as well as steady work, benefits and a 401K. We are looking for people who are interested in working with a company that promotes growth and longevity within the trade. You will have the ability to enroll into our accredited apprenticeship program, while also having the opportunity to learn other divisions of Amteck such as low voltage, controls, process work, and fire alarm among other skill sets.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside a Journeyman Electrician in commercial or industrial settings
- Assist with running and bending Rigid and EMT conduit
Requirements
- 2+ years of electrical experience on commercial or industrial sites
- Experience with running/bending Rigid and EMT conduit
- OSHA 10 preferred but not required
