Essential Functions

• Oversee the process of the Metal Stub Framing.
• Manage and mentor craft workers.
• Maintain relationships with other trades and main project team.
• Document and track all expenses of material being used and the time it is completed in.
• Schedule all workforce and order all materials and equipment necessary to complete the job.
• Oversight multiple projects at a time.
• Effectively and clearly communicate both written and verbally.
• Uphold the Safety regulations and make sure everyone you oversee is also upholding those regulations.

Job Requirements

• 10-15 years’ experience.
• Able to coordinate jobsite logistics.
• Read and understand blue prints.
• Have an advanced knowledge of blueprints.
• Procore experience preferred.
• A strong work ethic.
• A high attention for detail.
• Availability and ability to travel.

Working Conditions

• Frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts and vibration.
• Occasional exposure to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites.
• Near moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt.
• Requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping and stretching.
• Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight.
• May need to climb stairs, ladders, scaffolding and lift up to 70 lbs.
