About the role

Associate Dentist responsible for providing high-quality dental care to a diverse patient base, primarily children and young adults, in a compassionate and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive dental services supported by advanced technology such as digital x-rays and fiber-optic handpieces.
• Participate in team activities, including morning huddles, to plan daily workflows and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Build strong relationships with patients, focusing on underserved communities and fostering memorable experiences.
• Support community engagement and uphold the practice’s mission of creating healthy, happy smiles.

Qualifications & Skills

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Valid dental license in applicable states or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR, DEA, and other relevant certifications; Nitrous Oxide certification preferred in specific states.
• Compassionate, team player with a strong desire to serve both children and adults.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to professional growth.
