About the Role
The Traveling Associate Dentist provides high-quality dental care to pediatric and adult patients across multiple locations. They support community health initiatives, adhere to all regulations and standards, and promote a positive patient experience. The role involves traveling between offices, participating in team meetings, and collaborating to meet patient care goals.
The practice utilizes advanced technology including digital x-rays and fiber-optic handpieces, serving primarily patients aged 3-21 with some adult patients. The typical patient flow includes 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients per day.
Responsibilities
- Deliver dental services as part of a team
- Uphold integrity and compliance with all regulations and standards
- Perform assigned duties to support patient care goals
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
- Valid dental license in the state of practice
- CPR and DEA certifications
- Nitrous oxide certification (where applicable)
- Compassion and a desire to serve both children and adults
- Willingness to travel to specified practice locations
