Role Overview
Join a dedicated team as an Associate Dentist focused on providing high-quality dental care to underserved communities. You will deliver dental services supported by advanced technology such as digital x-rays and fiber-optic handpieces, working with a team that includes hygienists and dental assistants. The role emphasizes teamwork, patient care, and community engagement, with a primary patient base of children and young adults.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental treatments to patients
- Collaborate with team members during daily huddles and patient care
- Support community outreach and promote positive company image
- Utilize practice management software (DentaPro) and digital tools
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols
Qualifications & Skills
- DDS/DMD from an accredited program
- Valid dental license or eligibility for licensure
- Certifications including CPR, DEA, and nitrous oxide (if applicable)
- Compassionate with a strong desire to serve children and adults
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
