About the role
Provide high-quality, compassionate dental care to patients, primarily children (70%+ of patients).
Responsibilities
- Perform clinical procedures such as scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, and fluoride applications under dentist supervision.
- Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and assess dental and medical histories.
- Guide patients through treatment processes and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Assist with charting, take and document x-rays, and deliver excellent customer service to enhance patient experiences.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
- CPR (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA with hands-on assessment.
- Team-oriented with a focus on mutual respect and patient care.
