Traveling Customer Service Representative & Loan Officer , Full Time

Responsibilities

- Assist members with their financial needs, including processing loan applications, providing account information, and resolving inquiries. - Actively engage with members to understand their financial goals and recommend appropriate products and services to meet their needs. - Ensure compliance with regulations, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment. - Handle member transactions promptly and accurately, aiming to exceed their expectations with every interaction. - Based out of the Columbia area, with regular travel to all Columbia area locations and periodic travel to other branches including in Aiken, Orangeburg, Florence and Charleston. - Mileage is paid for out of town travel.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The ability to actively listen, empathize, and effectively communicate with members is crucial in understanding their needs and providing personalized financial solutions. Attention to detail is also important when processing loan applications and maintaining accurate records. A customer-centric mindset, coupled with a passion for helping others, will drive you to exceed member expectations and cultivate long-lasting relationships.
