We're looking for a Traveling Superintendent to join a growing construction team and lead projects across the country. Compensation & Benefits $150,000+ base salary, depending on experiencePerformance-based bonusComprehensive benefits packagePaid travel and travel-related expensesCareer advancement opportunitiesStrong pipeline of projects ️ What You'll Do Lead daily field operations and project activitiesManage subcontractors, vendors, crews, and jobsite personnelMaintain project schedules and keep work on trackEnsure quality, safety, and compliance standards are metRead and interpret plans, drawings, and specificationsCoordinate materials, manpower, and deliveriesCommunicate project progress with PMs, clients, and field teamsIdentify and resolve jobsite issues proactivelyMaintain daily reports and project documentation What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Construction SuperintendentCommercial or industrial construction experience preferredStrong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, safety, and quality controlAbility to read and interpret blueprints and specificationsExperience managing subcontractors and multiple tradesStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and make decisions in the fieldConstruction software experience is a plus Why This Opportunity?
