Traveling Construction Superintendent

We're looking for a Traveling Superintendent to join a growing construction team and lead projects across the country. This is an opportunity for a strong construction professional who enjoys variety, wants to work on high-impact projects, and is comfortable being the boots-on-the-ground leader responsible for getting the job done right.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations and project activities
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, crews, and jobsite personnel
• Maintain project schedules and keep work on track
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate materials, manpower, and deliveries
• Communicate project progress with PMs, clients, and field teams
• Identify and resolve jobsite issues proactively
• Maintain daily reports and project documentation

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent
• Commercial or industrial construction experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, safety, and quality control
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field
• Construction software experience is a plus

Pay

$150,000+ base salary, depending on experience
