Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage solar energy projects from conception to completion
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their energy needs and design tailored solutions
  • Oversee the procurement and installation of solar equipment and systems
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Manage project timelines and budgets
  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in solar energy or related fields
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

  • Experience with solar panel installation and system integration
  • Knowledge of solar financing options and incentives
  • Understanding of local permitting and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
