About the role

Responsible for leading construction projects from design through completion. Works closely with clients to understand project requirements and ensures timely delivery of high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project compliance with plans and specifications.
• Oversee budgeting and cost control to ensure project stays within financial parameters.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed on all projects.
• Communicate regularly with clients to maintain transparency and address concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
