About the role

Perform hands-on general labor for concrete construction projects supporting agricultural waste storage and sustainable energy systems across the U.S. This is your chance to gain valuable skills, travel, and contribute to impactful projects that support the future of clean energy.

Responsibilities

  • Execute hands-on labor tasks, including setting forms, pouring, and finishing concrete for specialized construction projects.
  • Safely operate various power tools and equipment, ensuring efficient site operations.
  • Manage the loading and unloading of materials and tools, maintaining an organized and productive worksite.
  • Actively support skilled tradespeople, following instructions to ensure project success and quality craftsmanship.
  • Contribute to a safe working environment by adhering to all PPE and safety protocols and participating in safety meetings.
  • Travel to out-of-state job sites as required, contributing to nationwide projects.
  • Assist in mentoring less experienced team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Willingness to work long hours in physically demanding environments and varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to travel to out-of-state job sites as required.
  • Strong ability to work well with others in a team setting.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in general construction or concrete work (preferred).
  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
  • Demonstrated leadership ability (preferred).
  • Bilingual skills (preferred).

Pay

$28.00 – $35.00 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, with required overtime and weekends based on project needs.
