Traveling Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Startup, commissioning, and service of commercial HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex HVAC issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and system optimization
- Support mission-critical data center cooling systems
- Complete detailed service documentation and reports
- Deliver exceptional customer service in professional environments
- Travel throughout the United States as needed
Experience & Requirements
- 7+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with chillers, hydronic systems, VRF, RTUs, boilers, or mission-critical cooling systems preferred
- Able to travel nationwide
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; able to pass a background check and drug screening
Physical Demands / Work Environment
- This role is primarily field-based and physically active
- Extended periods of physical activity are common while diagnosing and repairing equipment at customer job sites
- Technicians must regularly lift and move items up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds, sometimes in challenging environments
- Frequent exposure to outdoor conditions and varying environments, including mechanical rooms, rooftops, and active construction sites
- Noise levels may range from low to high depending on the job location
