What You Will Do

• Lead civil and earthwork projects from startup through closeout
• Manage budgets, forecasting, cost control, and job profitability
• Cook up with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
• Oversee procurement, subcontracted scopes, and project documentation
• Drive schedule performance, production goals, and issue resolution
• Review invoices and support accurate monthly billings
• Maintain strong communication between office and field
• Promote safety, quality, and operational excellence

What You Bring

• 5+ years of PM experience in civil construction or earthwork
• Strong knowledge of operations, budgeting, and contract admin
• Solid communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook; Procore experience is a plus
• Degree in CM or Civil Engineering preferred
• Willingness to travel or relocate to project locations in PA, NY, and the Northeast
