Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance safety and resilience of infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of company processes and technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to field operations.
• Lead project management efforts, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure engineering or construction management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of structural analysis and design principles.
• Experience with geotechnical investigations and site assessments.
• Understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MicroStation, or similar drafting software.
• Experience with geospatial data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of construction materials and their properties.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
