Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance safety and resilience of infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of company processes and technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to field operations.
- Lead project management efforts, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure engineering or construction management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of structural analysis and design principles.
- Experience with geotechnical investigations and site assessments.
- Understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MicroStation, or similar drafting software.
- Experience with geospatial data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of construction materials and their properties.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
