Traveling Automotive Window Tinter

About the role

INTEGRO is a fast-growing company looking to expand its team with individuals who have great character, take pride in their work, and want to build a career. This position involves traveling across states to assist with training and programs, installing window tint and/or PPF on new and used vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Travel across states to assist with training and programs.
• Utilize a plotter to create a computer cutout of tint film, and cut tint film by hand when necessary.
• Install window tint and/or PPF on new and used vehicles.
• Remain in constant communication with necessary personnel to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Inspect vehicles for noticeable defects and communicate all defects to the manager.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Follow all safety instructions and company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and work with your team to ensure all customer needs are met.
• Other duties may be assigned based on location requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to travel across states.
• 2+ years experience in Automotive Window Tint required.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service-driven environment.
• Present yourself well with a clean, professional appearance.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Flexible schedule and available weekends.
• Proactive, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Takes pride in their work and enjoys working outdoors.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Pass drug screening and background check.

Pay

Compensation details are competitive and include bonus/incentive potential. Payroll is processed weekly with direct deposit.

Schedule

The schedule is flexible and can include weekends. Positions are full-time and part-time.
